Return policy

Things happen and mistakes are made every day, we're all human. 27MOTO will do it's best to get you the correct parts the first time so you get back in the dirt. 

If you purchase an item and decide you don't like it or you order the wrong part for your bike, 27MOTO will return the item minus a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition with zero wear, the original packaging, and all tags/stickers/films still attached. Customer will cover the shipping costs back to 27MOTO and we will cover the replacement shipping (if applicable) back to you. Funds generally take 5-7 business days to post to your account. 

There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges or returns on electrical items, such as switches, relays, tuners, lights, fuel pumps, batteries or anything related to electrical items 27MOTO sells. This is standard across the industry and is not negotiable. If an electrical item is damaged in shipping, please contact us so we can get a replacement out to you asap. 

If you received the incorrect part and 27MOTO made the mistake, we will gladly return the item and get you a replacement right away. We will cover the shipping both ways and make it right asap. To speed up the process, please have your order number and exact concern included in the email. 

There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or returns on fuel tanks, fuel pumps, filters, lines or any liquid fuel related items, opened oils, opened fluids or opened maintenance products that 27MOTO sells. Again, pretty standard for the industry.

Items sold in vacuum sealed packaging cannot be returned once opened. If non-resalable packaging is not intact, the item is no longer in "new condition".

Original packaging also includes all tags, information booklets, instructions, stickers, etc.

Customer should make every effort to avoid damage in shipping when returning a package. Please return any items in the same complete packaging you received it in.

There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or returns on any items after 30 days. Please open and inspect items when you receive them to guarantee its the correct item you ordered.  

Please allow 5-7 business days for any funds to return to your account.

International customers assume any and all shipping/port/customs charges for their order. 27MOTO will do it's best to provide an accurate rate at time of purchase. A follow up email may follow your initial order confirmation.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.

All shipments must be prepaid. 27MOTO does not accept C.O.D. or any variation of similar processes. Items shipped C.O.D. will be rejected upon delivery attempt and returned to the customer.

27MOTO reserves the right to make corrections, judgements and change company policies without notice to the customer at any time.
